From November 1st to December 31st: Complete 30 workouts in just 60 days

Each workout must be at least 30 minutes in duration.

It does not just need to be in the gym, you can choose any activity you love: running, hiking, walking, yoga, pickleball, and more!

Joining the challenge is FREE!

Just register and we will you a calendar to keep track of your workouts.


If you are looking for extra support?

 Options:

 

1) $100 ($50 per month): Get fun 30 workouts that can be done at home or in the gym, plus 1 MONTHLY check-in with a coach.

 

2) $200 ($100 per month): Enjoy the 30 workouts, plus 1 WEEKLY check-in with a coach for added accountability and support.
